Eugene has been a big part of St. John's team for the past 12 years.

He has been promoted several times throughout his years within the agency from YDC to Supervisor to Case-manager to Program supervisor to Interim Non-Secure Detention Director.  He currently serves as the Facility Director.

Eugene earned his BA in Theater from Stony Brook University and his Master's degree in Special Education from Touro College.
