Youth Services

Fair Futures

St. John’s provides Fair Futures services to youth across all of our programs, beginning while they are in our care and continuing post-discharge through age 26. Each young person is paired with a dedicated coach who offers long-term, personalized support focused on education, employment, housing, and permanency. Coaches help youth build life skills, navigate school and career planning, access housing resources, and form lasting connections with caring adults. Services also include cultural outings, social events, community service, and celebrations that recognize key milestones and achievements—empowering youth to thrive in adulthood.

Preparing Youth for Adulthood (PYA)

Youth in our Residential Treatment Center also receive Preparing Youth for Adulthood (PYA) services. These include skill-building workshops, career exploration, financial literacy, daily living skills, and support in setting and achieving personal goals. PYA services are integrated into daily programming to ensure that each young person is equipped with the tools and confidence to navigate adulthood successfully.
